Charlottetown bed and breakfast B&B Charlotte's Rose Inn


This Victorian home was constructed in 1884 and has been lovingly restored and furnished. Our Inn is located only two blocks from the center of historic Charlottetown, an easy walk to parks, museums, art galleries, theatres, boutiques, restaurants and two waterfronts. We are a scenic half-hour drive to the north shore and Cavendish Beach whilst 16 golf courses are within 45 minutes drive.

Each of the four second floor guest rooms features unique decor with their own private ensuite bathrooms, period antique furnishings, comfortable seating for two, cable TV, DVD & VCR, overhead ceiling fans, air conditioning, pictures and objects d'art. 

Our air conditioned third floor Loft Suite can accommodate up to 4 people if you wish to enjoy our breakfasts or up to 5 people if you self cater. It has a Bedroom with Queen bed, Living Room with Queen Sofa Bed, a single Bedroom, cable TV, DVD & VCR, a private Bathroom, a fully equipped Kitchen and its own substantial rooftop deck.

For breakfast we offer a fruit course, a hot entree and some home baking - in addition to cereals, yogurts, fruit juices, teas & coffee and iced water. Home made cookies, and DIY teas, coffee and hot chocolate are always available in the front parlour.

Wireless internet works throughout the Inn and a laptop PC is available in the front parlour for those guests who really must stay in touch with the world outside.

    Reservation Policy: $50 per room deposit for stays up to two days, $100 per room for longer stays. Refundable if at least 10 days notice of cancellation is given.

    Cancellation Policy: Reservations cancelled less than 4 days prior to the date will be billed for up to three days of the stay - less anything we can recover by reselling the rooms at short notice.
