Private bedrooms are found at either end of the garden level, with French doors in the guest lounge leading out to the patio and the home’s back yard.
 

The Arbor Room

is a light, large room with great views. Queen sleigh bed with silk sheets, down duvet and feather pillows (or not, if guests have allergies).

Room has its own ensuite four-piece bathroom with heated towel rack. Room has its own refrigerator (equipped with water and soft drinks) coffee pot, kettle, toaster for those who want to prepare an early breakfast before early tee-offs. Private dining area in room, overlooking garden and magnificent view of city, river valley and mountains makes this room a special hideaway. Satellite television and clock radio supplied for guests’ use.

Private outside entrance leads to quiet patio and yard overlooking a natural desert gully.

The Greens Room:

is a cozy room with ensuite three-piece bathroom and its own sauna. The Queen bed has down duvet and feather pillows, if desired.

It has its own satellite television, clock radio, small refrigerator, coffee pot and kettle for guests’ private use. Small table and chairs to enjoy your morning cup of coffee as well as comfortable armchair for those quiet moments with a good book.

Windows have view of garden and mountains.

The Guest Lounge:

sits between the two bedrooms and is available for guests to enjoy a video or DVD, read one of the many books in the home, or just have a pleasant conversation.

Fireplace makes it cozy on cool spring or fall evenings and there is a supply of cards and games for those looking to pass a few hours prior to bedtime.
